Organizational Challenges • spawning off Tech Thursdays • building departmental groups • including the branch campuses • attendance at Workshop Mondays • meeting demand as requests get more complex and more varied • increasing cooperation between the various support groups
Institutional Challenges • Rewarding Innovative Teaching • consideration for tenure & promotion • release time • stipends • Promoting Scholarship of Teaching with Technology • Setting up a comprehensive Teaching & Learning Center
