Promoting Inclusivity: The University of Sunderland's Commitment to LGBT Equality

The University of Sunderland aims to work collaboratively with staff, students, and stakeholders to eliminate discrimination and champion diversity and equality of opportunity. Through initiatives such as the Policy on Sexual Orientation, focus groups, and research into LGBT issues, the University is committed to creating an environment of mutual respect and valuing all staff. Moving forward, efforts will continue to embed LGBT equality across the institution and promote inclusivity within the city, ensuring that Sunderland is seen as a diverse and supportive community for all.
