Rocky Mountain Grizzly Football • Travel Itinerary: Lusk High School in Lusk, WY • Friday, October 26 & Saturday, October 27, 2012: • Travel to Lusk (Friday): • Bus will leave at 8:00am from Cowley • Stop in Thermopolis (Stretch, Etc.) • Stop in Casper for pre-game meal & check into motel if possible (School Pays for meal) • Continue to Lusk arriving around 4:00pm • Game Time: • 6:00pm • Travel back to Casper: • Players will eat in Casper (Player Pay) • Stay the night in Douglas at the Holiday Inn and Suites • Phone# 307-358-4500 • Travel to Cowley (Saturday) • Bus will leave at 8:00am • Stop in Thermopolis for snacks (Players will purchase their own items) • Arrive in • Cowley (HS) around 12:30pm • Deaver (In front of School Building) around 12:45pm • Frannie (Elementary School) around 1:00pm • Notes: • Please have someone at each drop off location on time so bus doesn’t have to wait. It would be ideal for our players to call 15-20 minutes before arriving at respective location. We will not leave each location until all players are picked up. • Snack packs should be provided via Senior Parents and/or Booster Club for long trips. • School will pay for one meal per day, which could be the second meal of the day.
