SCHOOL SURFING • Newquay Activity Centre runs a surf club programme to enable your child to learn to surf safely whilst having fun and meeting other children. • Weekly programme includes: • Progressive surf coaching. • Beach awareness and safety • Full equipment use • Surf Safety with in and out of the water coaching • Fitness, flexibility and technique training. • Beach games and activities. SCHOOL BODYBOARDING • Newquay Activity Centre provides bodyboard coaching for children to learn to ride waves safely. Smaller, lighter, softer boards provide the perfect craft to get kids 'shredding' those waves in no time! Weekly programme includes: • Bodyboard tuition guarantees everyone catch waves each session. • Beach awareness, safety and paddling skills. • Full equipment use (Bodyboard, leash and sometimes flippers) • In-water & land based classes to ensure a safe, awesome experience. • Beach preparation and fun warm up. • "King of the Wave" and other bodyboarding games

  7. ECO COASTEERING • Why not come to our classroom on the beach?! Eco coasteering is a new innovative learning experience.Let our qualified staff take your children on an 'up close and personal' view of their coastline. What does it involve: • Clambering over rocks and through caves. • Discovering and seeing nature in its own undisturbed habitat. • Chest height wading through rock pools • Jumping into the water. • Swimming with the marine life.
