2013 Accomplishments • Complete upgrade of all landscape lighting to LED • Camera upgrades at all gates and monitoring station in guardhouse • Major guardhouse renovation • New planned maintenance program for community: • HVAC, Lighting, Janitorial, Street Cleaner • New ID program for contractors & housekeepers • Enhanced efforts to enforce compliance
2014 Objectives • Audit perimeter brick wall for required repairs & long term planned maintenance • Add pedestrian passage & walkway next to Bistro/Montmarte gate • Complete new reserve study. (Last full study 2008) • Evaluate current condition of Facility • Assess adequacy of reserve funds • Provide planned maintenance programs and long term funding program
