How to fix the frozen or black screen in the VCWS session: • Remote into the users workstation • Advise the user to perform a Control – Alt – Delete, but have the user click “Cancel” • From the blue screen below, have the user click on the arrow in the red box in the bottom right hand corner • Click Restart – this will restart the VCWS session • Please advise the user, they will lose any unsaved data since they are performing a hardboot of the VCWS session Restart
