  10. IPC and OC provide overall guidelines for objectives, quality, theme, etc. of WCC2002. IPC, OC, and each TC enter into a “performance agreement”. IPC membership comprises TC Conference chairs. TC, IPC, OC Proposal

  11. Kluwer is the publisher. TCs are responsible for their own proceedings. IPC and OC of WCC2002 are responsible for the remainder, e.g. “theme-oriented” papers. This implies that some papers could appear in two or more publications. TC, IPC, OC Proposal
