  2. Bricklayer • A bricklayer or mason is a craftsman who lays bricks to construct brickwork. The term also refers to personnel who use blocks to construct block work walls and other forms of masonry. • A mason/brick layer is one of the most intense and hard working job. You are pushed to your limits by working to the speed of your partner.

  3. Education needed • The only education needed is a high school diploma • On the job training needed • He only needed on the job training back when He worked and no diploma.

  4. Qualifications • The only thing needed is to be physically fit, hard worker, and be willing to work long hours. • You can get on the job training when you start.

  5. Job outlook • The job outlook is good, because there will always be a needed for houses to be built. • When he worked back then people were building many houses.

Earnings • The average salary of a mason/bricklayer • 46,016$ • It may vary though, because of the people signed up to build the house • After 5 years on the job – 19.36$ per hour • When my great grandpa worked earnings- could range as much as 1.30$ an hour • Could work as long as 14 hour days
