  5. 接下來呢?........... • 把電子郵件帳號和密碼寄到 • DNS業務承辦人員的電子郵件信箱 • 教資中心將會在3個工作天內設定完成

  6. 什麼!只有30天免費!?

  7. 30天內申請升級成教育版 • 請記得於30天內至 https://support.google.com/a/contact/nonprofit?hl=zh-Hans申請升級成教育版，否則貴校的google apps 將會失效。 • 根據 google 的規定，您必須以自己學校網域管理者的身分去申請升級。

  8. Google 雲端硬碟優勢 • 免費 • 不必安裝M$ Office 系列軟體 • 雲端儲存，不占電腦容量 • 可攜性高，並可轉換檔案格式 • Google Apps for Education帳戶整合後容量達到30GB(大約6000首MP3)

  10. Google雲端硬碟 • 透過「Google表單」的功能來可以製作一個簡單、好用的網路問卷調查表，做好之後就不用再到處郵寄Word檔或Excel檔 • 製作完成後，直接把網址給對方線上填報，填好之後我們馬上可以在網路上看到填表數、回應內容與簡單的統計！

  14. Google表單主要功能： • 支援多個問卷題目 • 提供單選題，用「圓點」選擇 • 提供多選題，用「核取方塊」選擇 • 提供文字輸入欄位，可以輸入一行文字 • 提供文字輸入方塊，可以輸入較長文字 • 提供下拉式選單，可以點選其中一項

  15. Google表單主要功能： • 提供問卷網頁，其他人免登入可直接填寫 • 填完送出後，可即時收到調查統計 • 以「試算表（Excel）」完整記錄統計資訊，並提供圖文並茂的統計摘要 • 提供網頁嵌入功能，可將問卷嵌入部落格或是學校網站(Joomla) • 提供漂亮的佈景主題，讓問卷更吸引人
