Resident As Teacher and Leader Curriculum • Series of 4 interactive talks held in May/June for all Temple University Hospital PGY1 residents and all first year fellows • Mandatory talks include “Clinical Teaching” and “Evaluation and Feedback in the Clinical Setting” • Optional Talks include “Leading and Managing a Clinical Team” and “Giving a Talk” • Talks available on the TUH GME website, as well as other educational links

Preserving Your Digital Image • Think before you post- you not only represent yourself, but your employer and those with whom you associate • Set a google alert or google yourself regularly • Double check your privacy settings, especially if you move into a different geographic region • Remember that once posted on the internet, it’s never really “taken down” and never goes away

Preserving Your Digital Image • Never write something in any electronic format you wouldn’t put in the medico legal document- eg the chart • Employers/institutions now routinely screen applicants and have restrictive digital media policies • Refer to the Temple University Hospital Digital Media policies for questions
