READINESS UPDATE APRIL 2011 POC : BETSC MCIVER
RRA Readiness Update • Fitness tests • AFFMS still coded incorrectly to project PIRR 1 year requirement. All ALO’s that has a current fitness assessment on file with the ALO Readiness Office, have been given an override on ALO Web to reflect the one year requirement. • Per the AFI supplement the Fitness assessments are being entered again in AFFMS with a new test date 6 mths past the last test. This should re-set your fitness due date to reflect the 1 requirement. The only exception is for the members who have medical waivers. • Security clearances • All periodic re-investigations have been placed on hold by SAF. There is no get well date. We have a waiting list for those due and overdue. All current clearances in the queue will be cancelled and re-started at a latter date.
RRA Readiness Update • Medical/Dental/Immunizations/Labs • Review your ARCnet or ALOweb readiness before your PHA. • Not sure if you need any labs/shots you can always call RMG/SG to verify. • Many of the flu shots were not updated because the members did not use both addresses. • ALOs sending in medical documentation need to send to two locations: • RMG/SG afrc.rmgsg@us.af.mil and ALOready@usafa.edu
