JQRT 各階層職責 1.JQP*1 Joint Quality Plant (廠長):支持及推動所有JQR活動. 2.JQM*1 Joint Quality Manager: 一般由品保經理擔任,負責整個制度規劃,督導,評 核等工作. 3.JQE*2 Joint Quality Engineer: 為品質資訊窗口,提供品質報告,改善報告,收集旭基 品質資料,品質改善的內部確認,執行內部品質系統 稽核, 並追蹤改善進度. 4.JQT Joint Quality Taskforce: 品質專案小組 (1).由工程,品管,制造,采購,倉庫組成; (2).分析問題存在根源; (3).改進,監督相關部門或人員; (4). 計劃,實施及評估持續不斷改進,以達品質目標; 5.Joint Quality Inspector (1).需經旭基IQC訓練合格后給予上崗証; (2).名單不能隨意更換,協力廠商及旭基將列為管制.
