  3. 1. Status of GP Computerization Total no of Blocks - 26 Total no of GPs - 382 Total no of Desktop received - 256 • For Blocks - 52 • For GPs - 204 Total no of Laptop received(GP) - 178 Total no of Laser Printer received- 434 Total no of UPS(1 KVA) received- 256

  6. 2. Status of implementation of PRIASoft • DRDALevel- • Master data i.e Bank details, Treasury details and Employee details have already been created. • Opening Balance under different schemes have already been uploaded. • Some receipt and payment vouchers have been entered.

Status of implementation of PRIASoft • Block Panchayat Level- • Master data i.e only Bank details,Treasury details have already been created ( For 16 blocks out of 26 blocks).Master data of ten blocks namely Bisoi,GB Nagar, Khunta, Joshipur, T.Munda, Badsahi, RG Pur, Kuliana, Samakhunta & Suliapada will be uploaded very soon. • Opening Balance under different schemes are yet to be uploaded(only two blocks uploaded).

  8. 2. Status of implementation of PRIASoft • Village Panchayat Level- • Master data i.e only Bank details have already been created ( For 228 GPs out of 382 GPs under Thirteen Finance Commission).

Problem faced during data entry • MLALAD- Money will be transferred to only PS/GP but the money will not be transferred to other Implementing Agencies. • In Letter of transfer no cheque book has been issued for selected account number. Error is – please used add cheque book options to add new cheque book. • In BGJY scheme, receive of funds from beneficiary contribution are not accepted. • Advance to employee vouchers are not accepted by the system.
