Objectives • To stimulate the cooperation between organizations/ individual consultants etc in the development of sound policies and practices for HI in LIC and MIC. • To collect, disseminate and share information of HI in LIC/MIC. • To contribute to research for innovation in HI in LIC and MIC. • To contribute to policy development in the Netherlands in respect to HI in LIC and MIC.

Activities • HIP Core group meetings (4x/year)  sometimes with external guests • HIP Platfrom meetings (4x/year)  broader audience • Website: www.hip-platform.org • Information bulletin (electronic) • Shared research (HIP study to document the evidence-base on the performance of HI schemes in LIC and link this with policies of Dutch organizations)
