  2. What does my animal look like? A black bear is a mammal. A male black bear weighs about 375 pounds. It has sharp claws and very long teeth. It is the largest hunting mammal in the world. It is 5 feet long.

  3. Where does my animal live? Black bears live in North America. They share North America with grizzly bears and polar bears. They also live in forests , swamps, and shrub land. They also live in the Georgia Mountains.

  4. What does my animal eat? There main source of food to eat is fish. In Spring they eat salmon and trout fish. Sometimes there happy to eat bees. They also love to eat honey. And the eat fresh berries.

  5. What are black bears predators? Black bears predators are only humans. They have to be very careful in the wild. Humans are there predators because they hunt them for their fur.

  6. Interesting facts about black bears Some black bears live on islands along the pacific ocean. Black bears are not only black. Since some live across the pacific ocean that makes them white. Black bears live up to 20 years. When a black bear is born they cannot see.

  7. How it survives and all about the cubs. The mother trains her baby bear before they go out in the wild on its own. A baby black bear has a white chest that is fur and it is called a blaze. They also are the smallest bear in North America
