Agenda Agenda: • Announce the 2007 priorities. • Decide if carriers want to make their 2007 prioritizations public. • Determine if work items will move forward if no carrier agrees to sponsor them even if voted a high priority by the group. • Ask for volunteers for new work items including prepaid. • Call for volunteers for carrier co-chair of the VSWG.   • Primary responsibility is to assist in gathering carrier input for direction of the work items. • Carriers asked for accountability and reporting. In an attempt to meet that request and help carriers track their VSWG participation I have created a scorecard for surveys.  • Scorecards (not the actual survey answers) will be available to view on the wiki.  http://210.54.118.1/wiki/Scorecards • May create future scorecards for things like vendor participation, vendor support, document reviews and document requirements implementations.  Any ideas from the group as to what their leadership/management wants to see reported on? • Review the events of the IRT VSWG San Francisco meeting. Response Rate • Amazing response rate!!! • 27 Carriers responded • 93% Increase over last year’s response rate • Participation from all around the globe • Participation from carriers with varying levels of experience • Large, small and medium sized carriers responded • Excellent job - Thanks to you all!!

  5. 2007 Priorities • Decide if carriers want to make their 2007 prioritizations public. • Determine if work items will move forward if no carrier agrees to sponsor them even if voted a high priority by the group. • Volunteers for new work items including second carrier sponsor for 2006 work item prepaid.

  6. Carrier co-chair • Call for volunteers for carrier co-chair of the VSWG.   • Primary responsibility is to assist in gathering carrier input for direction of the work items.
