Heart Truth Wear Red Luncheon - February 5, 2009

Join us on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building for the Heart Truth Wear Red Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy a lunch featuring ham sandwiches (vegetarian option available), fruits, vegetables, and beverages. The highlight of the event is a presentation by Patti Pollack, MS, RD, LD, a Registered Dietitian from Kaiser Permanente, on "Nutrition for a Healthy Heart." Please RSVP by January 30th with your $5 registration fee. Wear red to support heart disease awareness! Sponsors include Kaiser Permanente and the American Heart Association.

CELEBREZZE FEDERAL Bldg – 31ST FLOOR Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. In addition to a lunch of a ham sandwich (vegetarian available), fruit, vegetables & beverage-at noon, we will be hearing from: Patti Pollack MS RD LD ( Registered Dietician-Kaiser Permanente) “Nutrition for a Healthy Heart” PLEASE RSVP by January 30th with your $5 REGISTRATION FEE- place in an envelope with- name, agency, phone# and e-mail on front- Bring to the FOH Clinic- Rm. 2693 and drop it in Red Dress box, 7am-12pm or 1pm-3pm.
