  3. Inquiry Options • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) • Transaction ID • Owner name • Confirmation number • Previous title number (title inquiry only)

How to use the Elien inquiry • Access the County Treasurers Portal (https://www.kdor.org/county) • Click on “Log in Elien Inquiry” • Enter Login ID and Password • To inquire on a notice of security interest, click on “Inquiry on a Notice of Security Interest” • To inquire on a title application, click on “Inquiry on a Secured, Refinanced, or Duplicate Title”
