  5. 2.3 Getting product information • 4. Listening • This is Rita Tong. She is a colleague of yours at ABC Computing. Her job is to answer enquiries and send out information to customers. • Listen to her taking some calls and complete the addresses.

  6. Call one • TONG : ABC Computing .Good morning. • REINER : Oh, good morning This is Paul Reiner form AFC. I'm interested in your Vu-Tec filters. • TONG : I'll send you our brochure. Could I have your name and address? • REINER : Sure. My name's Paul Reiner. That's R-E-I-N-E-R. • TONG : R-E-I-N-E-R. • REINER : And my address in AFC,524 West Capitol Street in little Rock ,Arkansas. • TONG : Right. And the zip code? • REINER : 72601. • TONG : 72601. OK I'll mail you a brochure today. Mr. Reiner. • REINER: Thanks very much. • TONG : You're welcome.

Could I have your name and address? • Andersen : Sure. My name's Erica Andersen. That's A-N-D-E-R-S-E-N. • Tong: A-N-D-E-R-S-E-N. • Andersen : And my address is TAZ Technologies. 24 Otis Street. • Tong : Sorry. Could you please spell the name of the street for me? • Andersen: Otis. That's O-T-I-S. San Francisco. California 94103. • Tong: 94103.OK I'll put a brochure and price lists in the mail today, Ms Andersen. • Andersen: Thanks very much. • Tong: You're  welcome.
