  2. Project Summary • Set up a table on Landis to promote the CCI majors, help with any technology questions students had, and bring technology news to any interested students. • Goals: Table at least 5 times, gain more attendees each time we tabled, and work with other groups to help promote their projects at the table. • Original Plan: Reserve a table every other week during Market Wednesday in the Union and table from 11:30-1:30. • Revised Plan: Location changed to Landis and the time remained the same over the course of the semester.

  3. Project Deliverables • Table at least 5 times – We tabled 5 times over the course of the semester. Had 7 possible tabling dates that accounted for possible issues arising (rain, Spring Break, etc.) • Gain Attendees – We gained attendees every time we tabled and had more interest than we originally thought towards the end. • Collaborate – We worked with the On-Campus Marketing group, the Career Day group, and Feed Your Brain.

  4. Project Timeline • (1/29) Have the first group meeting and establish the groundwork for the project. • (2/9) Determine the first tabling date and begin the project. • (2/9) Contact other groups for collaborating. • (2/20 – 4/24) Table at least 5 times within this time frame.

  5. Leadership • Created a Facebook group and used a group text to keep in touch with group members. • Held group meetings to update the team on a regular basis. • Meeting times weren’t an issue and goals were met as expected. • Every team member pulled their own weight and showed up when they needed to.

  6. Teamwork • We all worked well together and presented any ideas we had for tabling during the group meetings. • Worked with three groups over the course of the semester: On-Campus Marketing, Feed Your Brain, and Career Day. • On-Campus Marketing attended a tabling event with us and we told table attendees about Career Day and upcoming Feed Your Brain events when they stopped by.

  7. Long-Term Planning • Before starting, we allotted plenty of time to reach our goal of 5 tabling times over the course of the semester. • We brainstormed ideas at the beginning of the semester and continued generating new ideas for tabling as the semester went on.
