  3. Your job as a Referral Agent The Referral Agent will find potential mortgage clients, help them to fill-out the ABI Client form and submit it to ABI.

  4. Your job as a Manager The Manager will perform as a Referral Agent, build a team of Agents and Managers, support the team and ensure everyone act with integrity and in a professional manner.

  5. Who are the potential Clients?

Who are the potential Clients? • People who have a mortgage / house and are ready and willing to receive help to improve their financial situation • People who wants a little bit more for their family and themselves • People who will follow our instructions in order to get a superior mortgage plan.

  7. How to chose the best clients? • 25% + Home Equity • No Bankruptcy • No Taxes Unpaid • Have Credit Card(s), Loans, Debts • Pay Bills On Time • Willing To Improve Their Situation Choosing well your clients, will determine your success rate!

  8. Where do I find these clients? • Friends • Family • Colleagues • Acquaintances • Neighbours • Existing Clients • Etc… (Remember 45% of Canadian families have mortgages)

  9. 5 Qualities of a good Agent • Trustworthy • Friendly • Energetic • Perseverance • Honesty

Do’s • Pre-screening the eligibility and quality of potential clients • Refer them to ABI by having them complete and submit the “Client Evaluation Form”. • When asked, become the intermediate between ABI and the potential client. • As a Manager, build a team of Referral Agents and Managers • As a Manager, supervise, teach and motivate your team members in a respectful manner.

Don’ts • Create, modify or use marketing material without ABI’s approval. • No false claims • No promises We have structured the work of the Referral Agent to make things as easy as possible for your success. You do not need to be licensed. You are to act only as a Referral Agent for A.B.I Strategies Inc. So: You are not an A.B.I. Employee, nor a Financial Advisor
