  2. The God who delivers Moses answered the people, ‘Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.

  3. The God who destroys his enemies

  4. The God who deserves fear, trust and praise And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.

  5. ‘I will sing to the Lord,
    for he is highly exalted.
Both horse and driver
    he has hurled into the sea. ‘The Lord is my strength and my defence;
    he has become my salvation.
He is my God, and I will praise him,
    my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

  6. Who is our greatest enemy? The devil

  7. God will disarm the Devil • God will deliver us from his kingdom • God will one day utterly destroy him

  8. ‘So, fear, trust and praise God…’
