  1. How to Register a Company in Dubai

  2. Decide on a business type and business activities  whether i) professional ii) commercial or i ii) industrial. Then decide on the kind of th e business entity preferred. For business en tities an investor may choose a limited liabil ity company, a free zone company, a branch office, a sole proprietorship or a representa tive office.

  3. Submit a registration application to the licensing department of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai. Get the company Memorandum of Association Notarized at t he Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

  4. Obtain trade license and commercial regist ration certificate from Dubai Chamber of C ommerce and Industry by submitting the f ollowing company documents 1. the notarized Memorandum ofAssociation 2. company name approval issued by DED 3. signed legal contract between investor and U AE National who is the legal representative o f the company 4. original company approval from DED 5. due diligence of each partner.

  5. Obtain a lease agreement for your office pr emises. Also, apply for an Establishment Card from the Ministr y of Labour if you would like to employ a workforce in the Dubai office.

  6. Obtain work visas for employees from Department of Naturalization and Residence.

  7. Register the employees with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs employment contract in triplicate trade license copy employer's passport copy UAE residence visa

  8. Open a corporate bank account in Du bai for the business.
