Registration Guidelines Review • Update on Pesticide Labeling Issue • Update on revision to formulation requirements (guidelines section 3.2.1) • Update on revision to guideline wording (category 3B, 3C, and 3D). • Request for comment on revision to category G6 guidelines. • Request for comment on heat transfer fluid issue. • Update on revision to general cleaners guidelines.

  3. Update on Pesticide Labeling Issue • The Issue: • The EPA does not allow the addition of third party logos to EPA approved pesticide labels by non-notification. • The guidelines state that a product is not registered until the NSF mark appears on the label. • Many customers of the companies affected wish to see a third party registration before purchasing a product.

  4. Pesticide Labeling Issue • What has been done: • NSF is aware of one company who has approached the EPA about this issue. • The results of their last meeting indicated: • Logos will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
