CASABLANCA 1942 Romantic movie Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart), who owns a nightclub in Casablanca, discovers his old flame Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman) is in town with her husband, Victor Laszlo (Paul Henreid). Laszlo is a famed rebel, and with Germans on his tail, Ilsa knows Rick can help them get out of the country. Love, honour, thrills, wisecracks and a hit tune are among the attractions, which also include a perfect supporting cast of villains, sneaks, thieves, refugees and bar staff.   4. The Art of creating Zentangles Zentangles can be defined as small black and white illustrations or designs created by random or structured lines. Some Zentangles can be fancy and abstract or some have repeating patterns within a defined space or outline format.

  5. Zentagles can become a floral garden or single leaves with repeating line designs

  6. These Zentangles are defined as letter-forms by either enclosed shapes or open and loose shapes

  7. These illustrations using Old English letters and some shading have a 3-D design

  8. I feel that some Zentangles have the art style comparable to a sewn patched Quilt made with different cloth patterns

  9. Even 3-Dimensional Objects can have a Free style or Planned design

  12. Notice that this Totem Pole Eagle design of a has lots of open spaces with strong red, blue and black colors A String Art design of a peacock has a white design over a dark background and resembles repeating zentangle lines

  13. This Book Cover with a Heart design has Floral and Nature themes with a 3-D effect. It uses a random collection of circles and blossoms, criss-cross lines that overlap to create maybe some feathers and fish scales, etc.

  14. Here are two designs with Hearts. The Bold design with ribbons on the right uses the blank negative space to create some heart shapes

  15. You can leave a form or letter-form blank and fill-in around it. Or fill-in any defined form with a variety of zentangle lines.

  16. Start with simple Monograms or Initials for your Zentangles Decide to fill in the outlined letter-form or design around it leaving the outline blank or white But remember to relax and enjoy creating your line illustrations
