Nutrition classes held every Tuesday and Boot Camp exercise classes with a personal trainer held every Thursday! ■ An activity plan created by a personal trainer that will help boost your metabolism will be provided in the beginning of the program! ■ An approach that improves your mood, increases your energy, and enhances your outlook on life. ■ Classes on label reading, eating out, cravings and much more. Also, food diary evaluations by a registered dietitian.
