Course Planning Tool for Effective Decision-Making in Higher Education

DESCRIPTION

This Course Planning Tool (CPT) is designed to assist educational institutions in comparing the activities and costs associated with traditional courses versus redesigned courses. It focuses on instructional costs, preparation, delivery, and student ratios, enabling better financial decision-making. By analyzing in-class and out-of-class costs, this tool provides a comprehensive budget overview. Institutions can ensure accurate personnel cost inclusion and apply standardized average salaries for different faculty roles, streamlining the planning process to enhance educational quality.
