What is DISC Personality Test? • DISC Personality Test is a tool which is developed from the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, a non judgmental tool used to check an discuss people’s behavioral differences. In this test, participants asked a series of questions, that will define their behavior and personality. • DISC Personality Test provides the feedback of personality and behavior in a simple and common language by which participants get to know about their personality and they try to adapt the behavior with others, specially in teams. • In DISC Personality Test, D stands for Dominance, I for Influence, S for Steadiness, and C for Conscientiousness.

  3. What is DISC Personality Test? • As per DISC Style, we can divide people into 4 styles. These 4 styles are: • D-style (Dominance) • I-style (Influence) • S-style (Steadiness) • C-style (Correctness/Conscientiousness) People are usually identified as People Oriented and Task Oriented. Further people can be identified as active or reserved.

  4. Personality Styles • As per DISC personality test, people with D Style are task oriented and active. They seems to be most aggressive among all of the 4 styles. They are know for their quickness, competitiveness. With this D style people are also result focused. • While I Style people are people oriented and active. They regarded as most outgoing and social among all the styles. They always like interacting and meeting with new people. They usually don’t focus on details. • People with I Style seems to be friendly, enthusiastic and enimated.

  5. Personality Styles • People with S Style are known for their calmness and steadiness. As per DISC test, S Style people are more reserved and less animated as compared to I Style people. S Style people likes to interact with people but only with those who are known to them. S Style people prefer to avoid changes and surprises. They always value their team, family and friends. C-styles are the most analytical of the 4 styles. C-styles focus on details, facts, information, and proof. They are comfortable working alone. Others see C-styles as rule-followers, reserved, and quiet. They always helps in business financials to make decisions.
