STEP ONE: Go to https://tigertracks.fhsu.edu
STEP TWO: Click on to login to your TigerTracks Account.
STEP THREE: Once you are logged in, select the Online Services tab.
STEP FOUR: Under Student Information System you will find TigerEnroll, select it
STEP FIVE: You will be asked to login again. Please provide your username and password for TigerTracks and click LOG IN.
You are now in TigerEnroll.

STEP ONE: Click on the Choose Action Dropdown

12. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 12 Advisor Development The TigerEnroll process follows a natural flow from
building a schedule worksheet to enrollment. This
key provides current status of each tab. It is
displayed in the upper right hand corner.
13. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 13 Advisor Development The students pre-enrollment process will load. You will see five tabs across the top and the worksheet tab will be highlighted in yellow. Each tab represents a different step in the TigerEnroll process. The process follows tab by tab starting always with the Worksheet. The tabs are:
Worksheet: Student and/or Advisor build schedule here.
Enrollment Holds: All holds with type and contact information are provided here.
Pre-Enroll/Schedule Changes: Student will submit courses to advisor on their scheduled day.
Advisor Approval: Advisors approve or deny courses here.
Enrollment: Student finalizes enrollment here.
14. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 14 Advisor Development STEP ONE: Select the semester of pre-enrollment from the drop down menu under Semester Options.
STEP TWO: Use the Course Search features to select the course(s) of interest. The search feature operates the same as those found on the current TigerTracks system. NOTE: Courses with closed status can be added to the worksheet. This will allow for monitoring them in case they open at a later time.
STEP THREE: Once a course(s) has been chosen, a check mark should be placed by clicking the box next to (on the left) the course of interest, then clicking . Adding courses to a Schedule Worksheet does NOT guarantee a seat in the course(s) selected.
STEP FOUR: Once all courses the student is interested in have been loaded to the worksheet, any unwanted courses may be removed by placing a check mark next to the unwanted course and clicking .
15. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 15 Advisor Development Click on the Enrollment Holds tab to see if student has any type of hold. Holds are indicated by the yellow caution sign
(shown above). Unresolved holds will block student or advisor from proceeding to the Pre-Enroll/Schedule Changes
Tab on or after the students assigned date. Possible enrollment holds include:
- Graduate School - Short-Term Loans - SFS/SFS
- Transcript -See Registrar - Physics Department
- Intramural Sport - Tiger Tots
- Music Department - Academic Registration/Academic Advising
- Student Union - Nursing Department
- Loan and Grant Repayments - Math Department
- Career Planning and Placement - Drury Loans - SFS/SFS
- Title IV Repayment/SFS - Academic Dismissal/Academic Advising
- Suspension/Academic Advising - Accounts Receivable/SFS
- Student Affairs
If no holds are displayed, the process can continue to Pre-Enroll/Schedule Changes (reserve a seat in courses) on or
the assigned pre-enrollment date for the student.
16. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 16 Advisor Development Students submit their schedules for advisor approval through TigerEnroll at 12:01 a.m on or after their
scheduled pre-enrollment date as assigned by classification. Schedules cannot be submitted prior to
their assigned date. Their date is always posted under this Tab.
STEP ONE: Click on the Pre-Enroll/Schedule Changes tab. Students select Open courses from the list of classes and hit the

STEP TWO: Student waits for advisor to approve schedule, but has secured a seat in the class.

The Advisor Approval Tab is where the advisor approves students classes. Once you click on the tab, you will see the
list of classes with the drop down box set on pending approval.
Step One: Advisor will approve each course after reviewing selection and major requirements. Advisor may also deny any course.
Step Two: After advisor has approved or denied all courses, they must hit . Advisor will know that request was processed when drop down boxes next to each course is grayed out.
Step Three: If one of the courses on the students schedule is a repeat, pass no credit, etc the advisor needs to go the drop down box under the Type column and choose REP, PNC, RPP, AUT or AST option and then hit
Notes: Advisor may want to print this copy and put in advising file. Advisor approval is needed before a student can finalize enrollment.
19. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 19 Advisor Development Students finalize enrollment through the Enrollment Tab. It is the students responsibility to process
this tab, but an advisor may want to go through it with the student in their office so they can see what it
looks like.
Step One: Read all the directions.
Step Two: Student clicks on
Step Three: Student must Verify Personal Information, Review the Enrollment Rights and Responsibilities, and Select a Valid Payment Option (credit card, installment plan, financial aid deferment, or special programs) Note: Students paying by cash or check must go to Student Fiscal Services in Sheridan 110G to pay for classes and to finalize.
20. T.I.G.E.R. Series Workshops 2006-2007 20 Advisor Development The TigerEnroll process will generate an automatic TigerEnroll Advisor Status Report each day that
one of advisees adds or drops a course beginning with the first day of the semester. This will come
from tigerenroll@fhsu.edu to your lotus notes e-mail.
NOTE: Instructors will also receive a Instructor Status Report each time someone adds or drops a
course they are teaching
