    4. 4 Medical Perspective Increased interest in OIF/OEF illnesses has led to increased documentation (PTSD, Leishmaniasis, Myotericarditis, Vaccinia reactions) Psych/PTSD is the most significant illness impacting Korea OIF/OEF illnesses are not straining Korea’s medical system
