Outcome Reflections I II By the late 1930s- Kfar-Saba became a model village- a symbol for Hebrew work (Keren, 1950) Since the Revision: Kfar-Saba was turned from “NOWHERE” into an “INSPIRING PLACE” (Coren, 1997) Kafr-Saba is acknowledged by surfers as the place that on its ruins stands Hebrew Kfar-Saba.
