  1. Diamond Mesh There are quite a number of options to  consider when it comes to fencing like whether  you want to keep the horses in or you want to  keep them out, what budget do you have and  how fast do you need the fence installed. To  analyze this issue on fencing horses, let’s  analyze fences at the post level and at the wire  options.

  2. ●Depending on your taste and preference for your horse ●Depending on your taste and preference for your horse  fence, you can place posts that are simple or fancy. Each  of the posts has various pros and cons which will be  analyzed below. ●Metal tposts come in a wide variety of sizes that range  from 4 ft. to 8 ft. They are usually bought in a bunch of 5  and are easily available. Tposts are easy and quick to  install requiring only a tpost driver or where need be a  sledge hammer. They are much less expensive than wood  posts and are quite durable. Though they can be reused  they have the disadvantage of being not aesthetically  pleasing and they require additional purchases of clips or  insulators for attaching to the fence. ●Treated wood posts are round in shape and come in sizes  ranging from 6 to 8 ft. They provide uniformity is shape  and sizes which make them resistant to rot increasing  their lifespan. The disadvantage with theses posts is that  they are treated with chemicals that may prove not to be  healthy for people or the soil. They are heavy to carry  and require digging foot holes of up to 2 feet in order to  provide necessary support. ●Locust posts provide the same experience as with  wooden fence posts without the chemical treatment.  They can be found in lengths between the ranges of 6  and 8 ft. They are naturally resistant to rot therefore  requiring no chemical treatment and a long life span. ●Choice of fencing wire depends on whether you intend to  keep the animals in or out just like I mentioned about  posts. An electric fence is usually made up of multiple  strands of high tensile wires and requires the additional  use of fence chargers, grounding rods and insulators.  They are durable and are suitable for fencing horses.
