From the Independence Blvd. North exit (17B) of I-264 toward the Pembroke area, proceed North on Independence Blvd. three traffic lights to Virginia Beach Blvd. • 2. Turn right on Virginia Beach Blvd. and proceed approximately one (1) mile East on the Boulevard • 3.
