  1. Maus Book Review Author: Art Spiegelman Project: Brian Molloy

  2. Summary This book is about Art Spiegelman’s father who survived World War 2, the Holocaust and was a Polish Jew. The only strange thing about this book is that it’s a graphic novel. It comes in two books. The people are also illustrated as animals like the Polish people are pigs. The reason it’s called Maus is because “maus” means “mouse” in German.

  3. Review This book is GREAT! I loved it. I recommend this for 10-17 year olds. I would give it a 9 out of 10. What I liked about it is that it is a great story of WW II and is beautifully illustrated. The author did a great job on this book.
