  2. State of Problem In the state of Mississippi, you can go to jail for up to a month and pay a fine of $250 for having two illegitimate children. This is a problem in Mississippi because someone may unnecessarily go to jail for this. Fathers and mothers will go to jail for this. Some of these people may support the family and can lose their job for this.
  3. Steps to Change The first thing to do is establish a committee by setting up flyers. If they wanted to join, have a specific meeting place on a certain day. You may want to start by taking the law to City Hall to propose an idea to repeal that law. If they object the idea, then you may start things such as petitions and rallies. Then you can propose the idea again once you have enough signatures.
  4. Steps to Change cont. 5) It would be good if you had a couples of lawyers, members of the council (from City Hall), the citizens, and even the mayor. 6) People such as the mayor or the governor may need to be contacted to solve this problem.
  5. There once was a mother by the name of Simone Johnson. She was a mother of two by a man named Tyrone Jackson. The only problem was that they weren’t married. Their best friends Nicole and JocQuavious Watkins. One day while they were eating dinner, the police rushed in and arrested Tyrone. They said that he had two children and was unmarried.
