  3. Learning Objectives At the end of the session, the learner will be able to: • Describe desired outcomes of a well-designed orientation • Identify teaching behaviors that affect student achievement • Describe the components that should be included in a well-designed orientation

  4. Conducting an Orientation . . . . . . at the start of a clinical rotation establishes your role as a Team Leader. . . . saves time / energy (in the long run) by you clearly explaining how you want the clinical service to operate.
