Language Arts Assessment/Grading • Grammar - There are no more grammar grades • Writing Grades - S = Satisfactory - P = Progressing - N = Needs Improvement • Standards - We have moved to the common core standards.

Conduct Calendar • Front of Binder • 3 conduct marks in a week = early morning detention
Clip Chart • Clip Chart DOWN - Everybody begins on Green (Ready to Learn) - Yellow (Think About It)= Warning - Orange(Teacher’s Choice)= relocate/lose lunch seating choice/write a letter explaining how you plan to change behavior. - Red(Parent Contact/ Conduct Mark)=conduct mark/parent contact by email or phone call • Clip Chart UP -Blue(Good Choices)=I caught them doing the right thing or helping a friend. -Purple(Great Job) = 2 stamps or other reward for doing something great. (up to my discretion) - Pink(Super Student)= Automatic coupon or any other form of praise/reward that I decide on that day.
