The scope includes database design and decision support systems, with deliverables consisting of project planning documentation, requirements analysis, and design documentation. Currently overdue, the project faces key risks such as team availability, potential loss of team members, and unclear requirements. Change control measures are in place to maintain project quality and clarity throughout the development process.
