  4. Faculty Ownership of Assessment Program 3 • If the faculty doesn’t own it, it’s not going to happen • Faculty-led assessment team

  5. On-going Professional Development 4 • Internal series of assessment professional develop workshops • Sending out teams to regional, national, international workshops

  6. Administrative Support and Understanding 5 • Assessment is everyone’s business • Starts with president • Requires some financial, administrative resources

  7. Practical, Sustainable Assessment Plan 6 • Cost effective • Realistic • Rollover assessment
