COAR Grant Cycle I • March 7, 2017 the State Aviation Board unanimously approved the list of projects. • 30 Projects at 20 airports worth $1.6 million were funded. • Timing issues resulted in a delay of the grant agreement process. • Director Swecker allowed for reimbursable items back to March 7, 2017.

  10. COAR Grant Cycle 1 cont. • April 2017 to present: Staff issued award letters and executed grants. • As grants began to execute, more money became available. • We are pleased to say we were able to fund 3 additional projects at 3 airports! • Carry over into COAR 2018: approx. $53k

COAR Grant Cycle II • ODA e-Grants: • First year for the software. • 1st cycle applications were added and airports were able to renew data and resubmit unfunded applications. • Incomplete applications were granted 3 business days to correct items. • ODA received 59 applications approximately $5.9M • Approx. $1.5M for the 2017-18 COAR Grant Cycle

Coraggio Update Strategic Planning Dates • Session 1, Completed September 1st at 12pm to 3pm, • Vision - we reached consensus on a Vision Statement: “An Integrated Aviation System the Benefits all Oregonians” • Mission - the team developed two draft Mission Statements, and Coraggio has drafted three additional statements for consideration at our next session. • Reputation - the team distilled reputation to six words, which we’ll further refine in subsequent planning session. • Position - the team also took a first cut at selecting top ‘competitors’ to ODA, and distilling what distinguishes them from your agency. • Session 2, September 21that 12:30 to 3:30pm, ODA Conference Room, Salem, OR. • Session 3, October 3rd at 10am to 1pm • Session 4, October 17th at 10 am to 1pm • Session 5, October 30th at 12pm to 3pm
