  2. What comes with your IQ-52 2 speakers, one with a built-in amplifier 1 ¼-jack cable to connect two speakers 1 mini-jack to RCA cable 1 S-VIDEO cable 1 USB cable 1 AC power cable 4 universal iPod and iPhone dock adaptors 1 black remote control Foam pad feet for speakers

  3. Front Features • Materials: • Woven carbon fiber woofers • Silk dome tweeters • Real wood cabinet • Piano lacquer finish • IR Eye • Receives signal from the remote control • Blue light above it indicates power is on • iPod Dock

  4. Setting Up Your IQ-52 • Connect the speakers to each other with the provided ¼-jack to ¼-jack cable • Plug in the AC power cord from the amplifier to the wall

  5. For an iPod or iPhone • Place the iPod on the dock and play your music • Toggle through the input selector until your music plays through the speakers • Charges most iPods and iPhones while playing

  6. For a non-Apple MP3 Player • Use the RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the RCA terminals to the IQ-52 amplifier • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your MP3 player’s headphone output • Toggle through the input selector until your music plays through the speakers

  7. For a Computer • Use the RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the RCA terminals to the IQ-52 amplifier • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your computer’s audio output • Toggle through the input selector until your music plays through the speakers

  8. For a TV • Use the provided RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your IQ-52 amplifier’s mini-jack input • Connect the RCA terminals to your TV’s audio RCA output • Toggle through the input selector until your music plays through the speakers

Connecting your Audio Devices • For an iPod or iPhone: • Place the iPod on the dock and play your music • Charges most iPods while playing • For a non-iPod MP3 player: • Use the RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the RCA terminals to the IQ-52 amplifier • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your MP3 player’s headphone output • For a computer: • Use the RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the RCA terminals to the IQ-52 amplifier • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your computer’s audio output • For a TV: • Use the RCA to mini-jack cable • Connect the mini-jack terminal to your IQ-52 amplifier’s mini-jack input • Connect the RCA terminals to your TV’s audio RCA output

  10. USB Feature • Only accessible when an Apple product is docked to the amplifier • Connect the provided USB cord from the amplifier to your computer • Syncs up your iPod with iTunes

  11. S-VIDEO Output • Only accessible when an Apple product is docked to the amplifier • Connect the provided S-VIDEO cable from the amplifier to your computer or TV • The video content playing on your iPod will display on your monitor • *May not work for all iPod or iPhone products

  12. Auxiliary AC Outlet • Pry off the plastic cover • Can be used for anything that needs to be plugged in including: • Powered subwoofer • Airport Xpress • and more

  13. Subwoofer Output • Use a ¼-jack to RCA cable • Connect the ¼-jack to IQ-52’s amplifier • Connect the RCA terminals to the input of the subwoofer’s amplifier • Recommended subwoofer: MiniMe 8”

Remote Control Features • Be sure to remove the plastic tab from the battery • Controls • BACKLIGHT: lights up your iPod screen • VOL UP/VOL DOWN: controls the speakers’ volume • MUTE: mutes the audio • IPOD/RCA/AUX: choose your desired input • MENU/ENTER: scroll through the media on your iPod
