ECOS Report Training. Log In To ECOS www.usdaservices.eds-gov.com. Password1. Enter Old Password then Choose and Confirm New Password. Click on “Reports”. Click on “Requisition Status”. Enter Selection Criteria & “Submit Query”. (MM/DD/YYYY). “Click Here” to Review Report.

  2. Log In To ECOSwww.usdaservices.eds-gov.com Password1

  3. Enter Old Password then Choose and Confirm New Password

  4. Click on “Reports”

  5. Click on “Requisition Status”

  6. Enter Selection Criteria & “Submit Query” (MM/DD/YYYY)

  7. “Click Here” to Review Report

  8. Report Contains Status of All Requisitions Valid Group B Delivery Order

  9. “Right Click” & “Save Target As”

  10. Save Report to Appropriate Folder

  11. Click on “Requisition by Pcims”

  12. Enter Selection Criteria & “Submit Query”

  13. Report Contains Requisitions That Have an Assigned Delivery Order Number

  14. Requisition Entitlement/Bonus Status Detail Report

  15. Page 1 Ent/Bonus Status Report

  16. Page 2 Ent/Bonus Status Report Cost per Pound Figures are Estimated pending USDA Bid

  17. Security Listing

  18. Security Listing FDP Representative (DAS) Designated School Rep (RA)

  19. Commodity File Report

  20. Entire List of Commodities Offered by USDA
