    5. Effective Advocacy Etiquette and decorum Be concise, communicative, knowledgeable. Phone calls Visits Letters Who to contact Know your representatives. Know committee membership.

    6. Enthusiasm is Contagious Smile. Be energetic about your topic. Make your presentation user-friendly. Make it practical. Give your audience something tangible to take with them.
