  2. Mammals Mammals - 哺乳類 ほ にゅうるい • There are three kinds of mammals. • Placental mammals – they grow babies INSIDE their bodies • Marsupials – they grow babies INSIDE their bodies for a VERY SHORT TIME, and then the babies grow OUTSIDE in a pouch. • Monotremes – lay eggs. 胎盤の哺乳類 有袋類 カモノハシ目
