Request • Gather into your project teams • Review the items in your binder so far, including the project plan, identify any questions for the Professor • Continue working on the Business Scorecard for your company • Start to develop the company’s value chain, if time permits • Fill in the Hill of Influence and team meeting survey for today’s team meeting BA 553: Business Process Management
