Working Group Project Review and Planning for Business Process Management

This working group aims to collaboratively review and refine final project plans, assess the Balanced Scorecard, and analyze the value chain of your respective companies. Participants will benefit from collaborative discussions focused on business process management, ensuring all project teams thoroughly understand the objectives and methodologies. Teams will review key materials including project plans and the Business Scorecard with the Professor, while also working on the company’s process network if time allows.

Working Group Purpose • The purpose of this working group is to review the final project plans, review the Balanced Scorecard and value chain for your company, and work on the company’s process network, if time permits • Student teams: Team 1: SVUTeam 2: Cognizant (IT services) BA 553: Business Process Management

  3. Request • Gather into your project teams • Review the items in your binder so far, including the project plan, identify any questions for the Professor • Review the Business Scorecard for your company with the Professor • Review the value chain for your company with the Professor • Work on the company’s process network, if time permits • Fill in the Hill of Influence and team meeting survey for today’s team meeting BA 553: Business Process Management
