Mission Overview • The Department of Military Affairs (DMA) will move from Mullins Readiness Center in order to occupy the new Joint Force Headquarters-Virginia (JFHQ-VA) facility, located at Building 430, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, VA 23237, NLT 31 MAR 2018.
