  2. Preliminaries (10 constructed reponse pts.) • Imagine that you’re a computer support specialist. You receive a phone call from a user who can’t log in. Make a list of at least 5 questions you would ask the user to help resolve the problem.

  3. Review: Lists • By being able to create lists in Word, you will lend further visual appeal to your documents. • Numbered • Bulleted • Outlined

  4. Objective • By being able to create a visually appealing quote card, you will be able to: • Define what a quotation is. • Enhance the beauty of the classroom and the hallways. • You will know that you accomplished the objective when you honestly look at your work and be proud of it. You will also appreciate the importance of good character.

  5. Focus Lesson: Quote Cards • Look at the examples of quotes mounted on construction paper already posted on the bulletin boards in this room. • Log on to http://www.google.com. • Do a search on “character education”. • Browse some of the websites presented for attractive quotations which mean something to you. • Use your knowledge of Word to create visually appealing quote cards such as what you see on the bulletin boards in the room.
