  1. PAELLA We were given this recipe to follow in our GCSE catering class, we worked together to make this dish. The ingredients were brought from our local supermarket and cost £8.51 (€10.22 euros), we looked at getting ingredients from the local farm shop but it would have cost more. The instructions were easy to follow, the ingredients were very colourful and the smell was gorgeous, the staff loved it and the recipe was enough for 10 servings. Jody Dale Arron Barber Y11
