Ingredients • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads • 1 tablespoon boiling water • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 200g (halal) sausages, sliced • 1 large brown onion, finely chopped • 3 garlic cloves, crushed • 1.4kg chicken pieces(halal), trimmed • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock(halal) • 2 cups Sun Rice Arborio Risotto Rice • 400g can diced tomatoes • 1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped Salad • 1 cup frozen peas
